The National Agency on Corruption Prevention (NACP) has not conducted a review of MP Yaroslav Zheleznyak’s declaration for 2023, particularly regarding the origin of his new apartment in the capital, valued at over 11 million UAH.
This was reported by "Economic News," noting that the apartment, located in Pechersk, has an area of 134 square meters and is valued at 11,686,515 UAH.
As it turned out, the apartment is registered to the father of the politician’s wife, Volodymyr Koval, although Zheleznyak himself lives there with his family. Additionally, the family rents another apartment in Kyiv, as well as parking spaces. In 2023, Zheleznyak and his wife, MP Olha Koval, purchased two cars and declared cryptocurrency, including Solana and Ethereum.
The NACP confirmed in response to a request that Zheleznyak’s declaration has not yet been selected for a full review. The agency stated that they do not currently plan to fully verify the deputy’s declaration.
