In the city of Kherson, on the morning of April 8, an 85-year-old man sustained shrapnel wounds as a result of an attack by a Russian drone.
This was reported by the Kherson Regional State Administration on Telegram.
"Around 06:30, the Russians attacked an elderly man in the city of Kherson with a drone. Due to the dropping of explosives, the 85-year-old man suffered explosive trauma, shrapnel wounds to the torso, head, and leg," the report stated.
The man was hospitalized in a condition of moderate severity, emphasized the state administration.
