Kонотоп Mayor Semenikhin reported that at the site of the strikes in Sumy, a gathering of the 117th Territorial Defense Brigade was taking place, celebrating its 7th anniversary today.
According to him, the military personnel were not injured as they were in shelter.
Semenikhin stated that a criminal case has been initiated regarding the organization of the military gathering.
He personally holds Governor Artyukh responsible, who "thought it wise to organize the military gathering," and "everyone knows this."
