The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has approved a draft law that provides for the taxation of goods sold on such platforms as OLX, Prom, Rozetka, and others.
Sellers will be required to pay a 5% tax and a 5% military levy on each unit of goods.
These rules also extend to property rental, including real estate, parking spaces, and vehicles, as well as the provision of personal services.
If a person sells more than three goods or services totaling over 2000 euros within a year, they will be required to open a separate bank account. Tax authorities will be able to access data on transactions in these accounts.
