The Russian Federation attacked Kharkiv with "Shaheds": 47 injured, including a child, houses damaged


On the evening of Friday, May 2, Russian occupying forces launched a massive "Shahed" attack on Kharkiv. A series of powerful explosions were heard in the city, with reports of hits and 47 casualties.

In total, 17 impacts were recorded in Kharkiv at 12 different locations, where fires broke out. As a result of the Russian attack, 47 people were injured, including an 11-year-old child. Eight individuals were hospitalized.

The SES reported that private and multi-story residential buildings, warehouse facilities, industrial sites, vehicles, and infrastructure were on fire in Kharkiv.
