The court hearing in the case of the MP from the "Servant of the People" party, Serhiy Kuzminykh, has been postponed again — this time due to his business trip to Moldova.
Last time, he did not attend because of a meeting with Members of the European Parliament, and before that — due to treatment or trips abroad.
Hearings are also disrupted due to the absence of his lawyer. Meanwhile, the statute of limitations for the case expires in less than two years.
