Since the beginning of the day, the total number of combat engagements along the entire front line amounts to 102.
This is reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The enemy is striking the areas of Chernihiv and Sumy regions. Settlements of Zaliznyi Mist, Pokrovka, Bila Hora, Kucheryvka, Bobylivka, Oleksandrivka, Zarichne, Velyka Pysarivka, Progres, Bachivsk, and Myropoliske were subjected to artillery shelling; the areas of the settlements of Osoivka and Uhroidy are under enemy airstrikes.
Situation on the Fronts
Ukrainian soldiers repelled one attack in the area of Vovchansk in the Kharkiv direction; another battle is currently ongoing.
In the Kupyansk direction, the enemy tried four times to advance on the positions of Ukrainian units in the areas of Zahryzove and towards Petropavlivka. The battle continues.
In the Lyman direction, today the aggressor conducted ten attacks in the areas of the settlements of Hrekivka, Novomykhailivka, Ridkodub, Yampilivka, and Torske. Currently, four skirmishes continue.
In the Siversk direction, our units repelled an enemy assault near Bilohorivka.
In the Kramatorsk direction, the Defence Forces are repelling two enemy attempts to advance near Chasiv Yar and Orikhovo-Vasylivka.
In the Toretsk direction, the enemy attacked our troop positions seven times in the areas of Ozaryanivka, Toretsk, and Shcherbynivka. Two skirmishes are still ongoing.
In the Pokrovsk direction, today the enemy attacked the positions of our defenders 45 times in the areas of the settlements of Zorya, Oleksandropil, Malynivka, Yelyzavetivka, Myrolyubivka, Lysivka, Udachne, Novomykolaivka, Kotliarivka, Troitske, and Andriivka, with ten skirmishes continuing. The settlement of Novotoretske came under Russian CAB’s strikes.
In the Novopavlivka direction, our defenders are repelling enemy attacks in the areas of the settlements of Kostyantynopil, Bahatyr, Odradne, Zelene Pole, Novosilka, Novopil, Vilne Pole. Ten of the fourteen enemy offensive actions were repelled, fights continue.
In the Hulyaipole direction, the enemy conducted unguided missile strikes on Malynivka and Zaliznychne.
In the Orikhiv direction, the Defence Forces successfully stopped three enemy attacks. The enemy attempted to advance in the areas of the settlements of Mali Shcherbaky, Stepove, and towards Novoandriivka.
The enemy made one unsuccessful attempt to advance in the Prydniprovskyi direction. Odradokamyanka was subjected to an airstrike.
In the Kursk direction, there were 13 combat engagements today, three of which are still ongoing. In addition, the enemy carried out six airstrikes, dropped nine GABs, and conducted 116 artillery shellings of our troop positions and settlements.
