On June 1, Russian troops struck the location of one of the training units of the Land Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. As a result of the enemy attack, there are deceased and injured servicemen.
This was reported by the Land Forces. They emphasized that "no formations or mass gatherings of personnel were conducted," and most of the military personnel were in shelters after the alert was announced.
"Today, on June 1, the enemy launched a missile strike on the location of one of the training units of the Land Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Unfortunately, there are deceased and injured servicemen. We emphasize that no formations or mass gatherings of personnel were conducted. After the air raid alert was announced, most of the personnel were in shelters. All necessary qualified medical assistance is being provided to the affected," the Land Forces reported.
