Ukraine has not paid 670 million dollars on GDP-linked warrants

On June 2, Ukraine officially refused to pay $665.45 million for GDP warrants — securities tied to economic growth.

This was reported by the Ministry of Finance on the Irish Stock Exchange.

The ministry recalled that back in August 2024, the government imposed a moratorium on payments for these instruments.

It will remain in effect until the completion of public debt restructuring.
