From the territories temporarily occupied by the Russians, two more girls aged 16 and 17 have been returned.
This was reported by the operational director of Bring Kids Back UA, Dariya Zarivna.
It is noted that the girls had never left their hometown since its occupation in 2022, but they have been studying online at a Ukrainian school the entire time.
"The family had been searching for an opportunity to leave for several years - they reached out to acquaintances, looked for transporters, and gathered funds. After their home was damaged due to shelling, the family sought assistance," Zarivna explained.
Currently, the family is in territory controlled by Ukraine.
"The girls plan to continue their education and build their future here," added Zarivna.
