Reserved men can travel abroad both on business trips and on vacation.
This was stated by the spokesperson of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, Andriy Demchenko, on television.
"Those who are reserved have the opportunity to cross the border for leaving Ukraine both on business trips and on vacation," Demchenko noted.
However, he added that reserved male Ukrainian citizens between the ages of 18 and 60 cannot go on vacation if they hold certain public service positions and fall under point 2.14 of the border crossing rules approved by government decree No. 57. Also, if the structure they work for has provided information to the SBGSU that they hold specific state positions and for them, crossing the border is possible only on business trips.
"Those men who do not hold such positions can cross the border on vacation if their documents contain information that the structure they are reserved for provides such an opportunity," Demchenko concluded.
