The HACC left unchanged the preventive measure for Nasirov

The High Anti-Corruption Court decided to leave unchanged the preventive measure for the former head of the State Fiscal Service, Roman Nasirov, who is accused of bribery and was involved in Oleksandr Onyshchenko’s "Gas Case".

This was reported by Transparency International Ukraine.

The defense requested to cancel the bail of 40 million hryvnias and replace it with a personal obligation. This was explained by the significant amount of bail and a similar list of duties in another case.

However, the prosecutor objected to this, recalling Nasirov’s failed attempt to mobilize. Therefore, the HACC denied the defense’s petition and left the preventive measure unchanged.
