At night in Zakarpattia, a drunk woman driving a BMW X5 crashed into a checkpoint, resulting in the death of a border guard, the police report.
The accident happened around 4:30 in the city of Perechyn.
The woman lost control of the vehicle, drove into the oncoming lane, and crashed into the concrete barrier of the checkpoint.
A 45-year-old serviceman died.
