A conflict occurred in Kharkiv between a language activist and employees of the Territorial Recruitment Center (TRC) over the use of the Russian language.
According to local public groups, the activist made a remark to the military personnel regarding the language of communication.
The military commissioners did not detain the man, they simply left the scene.
