In Luhansk, which is under Russian occupation, a new wave of raider seizures has begun. Local residents are forced to confirm their housing rights according to Russian laws, otherwise, their property will simply be taken away.
This was reported by the Center for National Resistance.
In Luhansk, on Pavlo Tkachenko Street, Entuziastiv Street, Samoylova Street, and in the Heroiv Stalingrada Quarter, the occupation authorities have begun "confiscating" property.
According to the Center for National Resistance, the Russians previously adopted a "federal law" that requires all residents to personally provide housing documents within 30 days, and only with a Russian passport.
If this is not done within the specified period, the apartment automatically "transfers" to the control of the occupation administration.
