The head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration, Vadym Filashkin, urged residents of Kramatorsk to leave the city due to constant Russian shelling.
He stated this in a televised marathon broadcast.
According to Filashkin, an aerial bomb was dropped on the city the previous evening, resulting in the death of a 10-year-old boy and injuries to 19 other people.
«There are currently about 53,000 people in Kramatorsk. Leave, take care of yourselves. The situation in the region is becoming more complicated with each day,» the head of the Regional Military Administration noted.
In total, about 260,000 civilians remain in the Ukrainian-controlled part of Donetsk region, according to the administration’s data.
