In Dnipro, a scandal erupted after massive Russian attacks due to a video showing two underage boys drinking alcoholic beverages to the anthem of Russia.
The video appeared on social networks and caused a wave of outrage among the townspeople, reports D1 television channel.
One of the youths — a 17-year-old resident of Dnipro — deleted his account after the video’s publication, but the video quickly spread through local Telegram channels.
Later, the boy recorded a video message with apologies. He admitted his behavior was unacceptable, stated that he regrets what he has done, and assured that he has learned a lesson.
