On the night of August 1, the Russians once again carried out a drone and artillery attack on Dnipropetrovsk region. Several settlements in the region came under enemy fire, fires broke out, and there were destructions.
As a result of the shelling, people were injured, and rescuers pulled children from under the rubble. Details of the consequences of the enemy terror were revealed by the head of the Dnipropetrovsk regional military administration, Serhiy Lysak.
During the night, Ukrainian soldiers destroyed three enemy UAVs over Dnipropetrovsk region. At the same time, there were also hits.
Thus, the occupiers struck the Vasylykivska, Ukrainska, and Mykolaivska communities in the Synelnykivskyi district.
"A 35-year-old woman was injured. Several fires broke out. Two farms, a high school, and the post office were on fire. It also ignited on the territory of a private household," Lysak said.
The occupiers also struck the Pokrovsk community, where they hit a private house.
Rescuers pulled two children from the rubble of the destroyed house.
"According to doctors, the condition of the 4-year-old boy is serious. The 15-year-old girl is in a moderate condition. They are provided with all necessary medical assistance," noted the head of the Dnipropetrovsk RMA.
The occupiers continued to attack the Nikopol district. Enemy drones and artillery struck Nikopol itself, as well as the Chervonohryhorivska and Marhanecka communities.
A 25-year-old man was injured there. He will be treated on an outpatient basis. Infrastructure was damaged, and cars," Lysak specified.
