The number of victims increased in Kramatorsk, Donetsk region, as a result of a Russian attack.
This was reported by the head of Kramatorsk City Military Administration, Oleksandr Honcharenko.
"The number of fatalities as a result of the shelling of Kramatorsk on July 31 has risen to four.
Rescuers retrieved the body of a woman born in 1990 from under the rubble," the message states.
