The operational-strategic group of troops "Khortytsia" has received a new name. It will now be called OSTG "Dnipro".

Today, August 8, the operational-strategic group of troops "Khortytsia" changed its name to "Dnipro" and will now be considered OSTG "Dnipro".
This is confirmed in a post on the group’s Telegram channel: "The channel’s name has been changed to OSTG "Dnipro".
OSTG "Khortytsia"
It should be noted that the group was formed in the spring of 2022 during the response to the full-scale aggression from Russia. It was established based on the Command of the Joint Forces.
"Khortytsia", now "Dnipro", is responsible for the Eastern operational direction: these are the territories of Kharkiv, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions, covering key fronts - Izyum, Lyman, Lysychansk, Kurakhove, Kupyansk, Bakhmut, Avdiivka, and Vuhledar directions.
Representatives of the group regularly report on attempts by the enemy to advance or consolidate on the defensive lines of the Ukrainian Defence Forces.
