In Mykolaiv, a military commissar knocked a man to the ground, who was calling for help, and restrained him.
Later, another employee of the Territorial Recruitment Center (TRC) joined him, after which they forcibly put the man into a minibus.
As a reminder, the Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights, Dmytro Lubinets, previously emphasized that TRC representatives do not have the right to use force against citizens. Such actions may be considered an abuse of authority.
