Investigators from the State Bureau of Investigations (SBI) arrived in the Kharkiv region, where Vitaliy Shabunin, the head of the board of the Anti-Corruption Action Center, is serving, to serve him with a notice of suspicion.
This was reported by the Anti-Corruption Action Center (AAC).
"Details are currently unknown. We are awaiting the arrival of lawyers to serve the updated notice of suspicion. For now, it is clear that the SBI is not changing the previously qualified crimes and is not adding new articles. They are altering the description of the circumstances of the ’crime,’" the Center noted.
The AAC considers this further confirmation that "the intentions and methods of the authorities have not changed."
"In the spirit of the early FSB, Zelenskyy’s henchmen are trying to silence everyone who dares to criticize the actions of the authorities," they added.
