SSU: Russia recruits Ukrainian teenagers for terrorist acts


Russia is trying to recruit Ukrainian teenagers to carry out terrorist attacks in Ukraine.

This is reported by the video campaign of the NGO "Dignity Online," the Security Service of Ukraine, juvenile police, and the Prosecutor General’s Office.

In the first six months of 2025 alone, there were 70 recorded cases of Ukrainian children being involved in war crimes. They are offered "easy money" through Telegram for committing acts of terrorism.

Collaborating with the enemy is punishable by up to 15 years in prison, even if the perpetrator is a minor. There have also been instances where Russians have detonated their own agents while carrying out tasks.
