Young Ukrainians aged 18-22 are actively quitting their jobs to take advantage of new regulations and go abroad.
This is reported by NV.
This is particularly noticeable in the service industry, where many young people are traditionally employed.
«Since it was allowed for 18-22-year-old guys to go abroad, we have already had 12 people leave,» — shares Valeriy Sozanovskyi, co-owner of the Lviv restaurant group FAMI. According to him, these were waiters, cooks, and baristas.
At «Nova Poshta,» 170 young employees quit in just 10 days.
From the restaurants of the company !FEST, 20% of young men left from the total number of employees.
