The High Anti-Corruption Court has imposed a preventive measure on developer Vladyslava Molchanova in the form of a bail of 100 million UAH.
This was reported by veteran Oleh Symoroz.
According to the court’s decision, Molchanova is required to surrender her international passport and appear at the summons of the court and the prosecutor.
The prosecutor in the case insisted on a bail of 300 million UAH, but the court determined a lower amount.
"I won’t pay a single penny, I will go for an appeal," said Molchanova.
