The Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Andriy Hnatov, confirmed that the military intends to reduce the quality of mobile communication in certain regions in case of an attack by "Shahed" drones.
He also noted that a complete shutdown of communication is not planned. It is about degrading the quality of communication in some areas to prevent modems, which Russians use in their devices, from connecting to the internet.
