If the borders are opened for all men, they will start leaving Ukraine en masse.
This was stated by the deputy commander of the 3rd Army Corps of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Kucharchuk.
He noted that if approximately 10,000 people left during the first week after the borders were opened for men aged 18-22, the total outflow of men would be around 90,000 – approximately 350,000 per month.
