So, on Wednesday, October 1, on Defender of Ukraine Day, the memory of Heroes who gave their lives for the freedom of our state was honored with a minute of silence. Ukrainians who came to the city center bowed their heads at 9:00 AM.
On Khreshchatyk Street, concerned citizens stood with portraits of Heroes, posters, and called on drivers to stop, get out of their cars, and bow their heads.
