For the second evening in a row, explosions are being reported in the Moscow region. Residents of the towns of Bronnitsy and the Ramensky district heard loud sounds, which are likely related to the operation of air defence systems.
The Moscow authorities stated that air defence systems shot down two unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) that were heading towards the capital.
Due to the threat of drone attacks, restrictions were imposed on the operation of airports in the region. In particular, Zhukovskiy Airport was temporarily closed for arrivals and departures.
