The construction of the second line of the water pipeline «Don River – Siversky Donets Canal – Donbas» is considered "one of the priority directions within the comprehensive program to address water shortages in the DPR by 2030."
This was announced by the Ministry of Construction of Russia.
The head of the ministry, Irek Faizullin, held a meeting dedicated to the issues of water supply in the occupied territory of the Donetsk region.
