The Kyiv TRC in Darnytsia was dispersed after a scandal regarding the conditions of detention for mobilized individuals

The scandal directly related to the conditions of detention of mobilized Kyiv residents at the city distribution center of the TRC and SS in Darnytsia has already had direct consequences. In mid-October, journalist Ramina Eshakzay showed horrifying photos, allegedly from this center, depicting dirt in the rooms, feces in the restroom, and bloody traces. The TRC and SS at the time denied any connection to such conditions, and now one of the MPs states that the Kyiv City Assembly Point has been "dispersed" - meaning it has been closed.

About this reports Informator.

The consequences of the scandal that occurred in Kyiv with the city TRC and SS were discussed in a Telegram channel by MP Oleksandr Fediyenko, a member of the Committee on National Security, Defence, and Intelligence. He submitted a request for clarification regarding the state of the premises at the distribution center on Zroshuvalna Street, 17A in Kyiv to the Ministry of Defence. The response was quite vague: it mentioned an order from the head of the city TRC and SS dated 13.09.2025, which referred to the "suspension" of the order on the creation of the territorial recruitment center.

"The order on the formation was suspended. So, as I understand it, the Kyiv City Assembly Point has been dispersed. I will go and check it with my own eyes," noted MP Fedienko in his post.

There is another noteworthy passage in the response: Fedienko’s request was interpreted there as being "in the interests of Ramina Eshakzay." However, Ramina Eshakzay herself acted "in the interests" of her subscribers and viewers, as well as all Kyiv residents as direct stakeholders - since the condition of the assembly point premises directly affects the life, health, and moral state of future defenders.
