"I’m ashamed to say": ex-regional Bakhteyeva complained about high salary
The deputy from the "Opposition Bloc," Tetyana Bakhteyeva, admitted that she received an increased salary of 70,000 UAH for January 2018.
"A lot for January. It’s even embarrassing to say... How people live and how deputies live... This is what you call - night and day!" she complained.
She did not immediately name the amount. However, her fellow deputies did not want to answer questions or disclose specific figures at all.
Users immediately reacted to the announced amount. Their comments cannot be called friendly.
