The Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine has opened a criminal case under two articles against Dmytro But, Deputy Head of the Main Investigation Department of the National Police.

This is stated in a letter from the Prosecutor General’s Office

The document notes that after publications in the media, information was entered into the Unified Register of Pre-trial Investigations regarding the commission of criminal offenses provided for by Part 4 of Article 368 and Part 1 of Article 365 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, concerning the possible receipt of illegal benefits by an official, abuse of power, and office by a law enforcement officer.

At the same time, Oleksandra But, the elder daughter of the investigator, continues her studies in the United Kingdom and posts photos from ski resorts on social media.

Additionally, the girl showcases expensive branded items in her photos.

Thus, at the age of 16, Oleksandra But is already keeping up with fashion. For example, she owns clutches from “Louis Vuitton,” “Chanel,” and “Gucci” costing 24,760 UAH, as well as items from “Topshop,” “Zadig & Voltaire,” and “Max Mara.”

She has vacationed in Dubai (United Arab Emirates), Italy, the United Kingdom, and Turkey, and celebrated her birthday in one of the most expensive restaurants in Kyiv, “Prague.”
