Converter and money launderer Yevhen Pulya is trying to break into the healthcare system?

Recently a "great expert" on health, and also concurrently one of the main converters of Ukraine, Yevhen Pulya announced that his innovative med-startups will be able to change our healthcare system. Do you think how "successful" and financially failing such a startup will be for our country? And how profitable will this "project" be for him personally? The question is purely rhetorical. What "initiatives" of a swindler are being discussed, and what is generally known about the fraudster Yevhen Pulya? 

In his clearly paid interview on the popular and expensive information resource "RBC-Ukraine", comrade Pulia beautifully described the prospects of his "initiative" related to innovations and the development of the Ukrainian healthcare system through the introduction of his unique medical startups. However, readers were not impressed… Not at all!

In fact, we see only four woeful reposts on Facebook… And this in a whole month! In fact, money wasted….

Is this success? Is this trust? What is this informational "whisper" from Pulya at all about? A pathetic act that the people, thanks to common sense, did not "swallow"… Just sadness….

Who is Yevhen Pulya and how did he "gain fame"

Let’s start from the main point; no matter how beautifully Yevhen Pulya positions himself, the fact remains that he is a persistent smuggler in Ukraine. 

Surprisingly, this character, one of the largest converters and smugglers in the country, that is, Yevhen Pulya, has not ended up on our country’s sanctions list, although work is underway in this direction… The question is - why hasn’t he ended up there yet? Still open! We are waiting! After all, because of this character, Ukraine suffers losses of more than tens of millions of hryvnias annually. When will this mess end?

Million-status funds and numerous court cases: what is known about the companies of the fraudster Yevhen Pulya

Yevhen Pulya is Hroisman’s overseer. The schemer built his multi-billion business on organizing numerous frauds based on converting non-cash money to cash. But that’s not all. His companies are also involved in providing firms with quite specific services. Specifically, we’re talking about minimizing tax obligations. Say, a "sucked sweet" of still that! The central business meeting of this con is located in the very capital of Ukraine. And in general, the turnover of this con from Pulya exceeds 6 billion.

The most impressive thing about this entire illegal topic is that this specific and quite profitable "business" is not run on some one-day websites-images, but on really operating enterprises that have been working for years, robbing our state.

Why does this happen? A very interesting question. Why haven’t law enforcement agencies "covered" this profitable "business-startup" yet is an even more interesting question…

As a clear example of this con, we can cite Yevhen Pulya’s company "Bullet". By the way, it seems the dude decided to have some fun because, in English, this name means "bullet"… Just some pompous clowning…

The fun thing is that this capital company is not officially registered… Oh, wow! At the same time, it continues to function successfully…

As you can see from the date, the prices are relevant, and the con continues to exist to this day…

Here’s another example. On the page "Blind Trust" on the social network Facebook, a devastating article was posted regarding the "activities" of none other than Pulya - Hroysman’s watching buddy and the one responsible for all these schemes. In it, only one specific earning scheme was shown, but visually. And this is just one example…

 

As you understand, such a negative "bonus" is not just handed out. There are reasons for it… Well, let’s add to this a whole palette of court cases that concern various companies of Pulya…

For example, LLC "Bullet Agroholding" - the firm where Pulya is the ultimate beneficiary and has a statutory capital of 100,000,000 hryvnias.

Or LLC "FC VAP-Capital". Here, Pulya is also the ultimate beneficiary, and the company’s statutory capital is 30,000,000 hryvnias.

This list could go on for much longer… But we think the point is clear… Therefore, we will not go into detail about all companies and nuances now, this has been done before, and if desired, everything can be found on the Internet by searching for the surname/name.

We add that back in 2017, the National Commission on State Regulation in the Field of Financial Services suddenly refused one of Yevhen Pulya’s companies a license for economic activities for the provision of financial services (not including professional activities in the securities market). It refers to LLC "FC VAP-Capital".

And, of course, this company is involved in many court cases. As we see, for Yevhen Pulya - this is already an inglorious tradition…

Moreover, in 2015, this company got caught not just violating, but doing so in especially large amounts. Thus, from 2015 to 2016, the company "VAP-Capital", bypassing centralized taxation, managed to conduct past the country’s budget as much as 175,000,000 hryvnias. And we are only talking about officially known figures… How much there was in reality remains only to be guessed…

Summary

Yevhen Pulya is a nationwide-level fraudster-money launderer who should have been held accountable a long time ago. But, despite the scale of the cons, the fraudster is still at large, continues to create chaos, and rob the state. Where are the law enforcement agencies looking?
