
As of June 1, 2021, PJSC "Beer and Non-Alcoholic Beverage Plant ’Radomyshl’," whose owner and ultimate beneficiary is the well-known Ukrainian brewer Andriy Matsola, owed the state 27.3 million UAH in taxes, reports UNN with reference to open data from Youcontrol.
The private joint-stock company "Beer and Non-Alcoholic Beverage Plant ’Radomyshl’," which produces beer, juices, and other beverages, has a charter capital of over 681 million UAH. The ultimate beneficiaries of the company are the well-known Ukrainian entrepreneur, brewer, and co-owner of the "First Private Brewery" businessman Andriy Matsola, and also Mariya Matsola. Meanwhile, PBC "Radomyshl" owed the state 27.3 million UAH in taxes.
Notably, the only shareholder of PBC "Radomyshl" is the Cypriot "offshore" company "Boneten Limited," which is also the founder of the well-known "First Private Brewery" (with a contribution of the full charter capital of the enterprise amounting to 233 million UAH).
Moreover, in just the last three years, the "Beer and Non-Alcoholic Beverage Plant ’Radomyshl’" has been involved in 113 court cases of criminal, administrative, and economic judiciary.
Journalists will send a request to the relevant tax authorities to find out what mechanisms and sanctions are being applied to the debtor enterprise to return multimillion tax amounts to the budget.
Let’s recall that in 2014, LLC TPK "First Private Brewery" of Andriy Matsola was involved in a high-profile scandal regarding the company’s involvement in financing separatist and terrorist activities in eastern Ukraine.
