The environment of "Servant of the People" Strykharskyi near the "Slavutych" metro station will build a "temple complex" with apartments

On August 31, the State Architectural and Construction Inspection of Ukraine issued a permit to LLC "Stolychnyy Aktiv" for the construction of a multifunctional temple complex at 45 Zarichna Street in the Darnytskyi district of Kyiv.

This is evidenced by the data from the Unified State Electronic System in the field of construction.

This object, named the "multifunctional temple complex," will have at least 10 floors. It includes 176 apartments. It should be noted that in Kyiv, residential buildings are often constructed under the guise of multifunctional complexes, and apartments are sold as apartments under the appearance of multifunctional complexes.

At the same time, the type of construction object in the permit is designated under the code "Other commercial buildings."

The construction is planned on a plot of 1.07 hectares, located in a protected landscape area. The designated purpose of the land is for the construction, operation, and maintenance of the Church of St. John the Evangelist. And this church has already been built.

According to the GASI registry, the construction was completed in three months in 2016: in June, the capital city GASI registered a notice of commencement of construction works, and in September, it issued a certificate of readiness of the church.

The object passport is placed on the site of further construction. The photo project shows the church surrounded by multi-storey buildings of the "multifunctional temple complex."

The functional purpose of the 1.07-hectare plot at 45 Zarichna Street is partly the territory of public buildings and facilities and partly green spaces for general use.

This plot was leased to the religious community of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church of the parish of St. John the Evangelist in the Kharkiv district of Kyiv for 15 years in 2006 for the construction of a church based on a corresponding decision of the Kyiv City Council.

The urban planning conditions and restrictions for designing the multifunctional temple complex at 45 Zarichna Street were issued to the construction customer, LLC "Stolychnyi Aktyv," by the Department of Architecture of the Kyiv City State Administration in December 2020.

The head and owner of LLC "Stolychnyi Aktyv" is Vita Kamayeva. She is also the head of LLC "Status Bud-Praim," which is the customer of the construction of the Podil Plaza & Residence residential complex at 73-79 Hlybochytska Street, the developer of which is Status Group. The owner of this trademark is LLC "Kompaniya Status Group", which until his election to parliament was owned by Andriy Stricharskyi, now a member of parliament from the "Servant of the People" party.

LLC "Status Bud-Plyus" was the applicant for the Status Group trademark, headed by Valeriy Kamayev in 2017-2018. He is also the head and owner of LLC "Status Bud-2," the general contractor for the construction of the multifunctional temple complex at 45 Zarichna Street.

In 2012, LLC "Ukrproektrekonstruktsiya" (already liquidated), which was owned by Stricharskyi, was re-registered to Vita Kamayeva. According to Youcontrol, from 2016 to 2020, she was a co-owner of OC "ZhSK "Bereznyakyzhytlobud" (also already liquidated) together with Raisa Stricharska.
