Anhert, Halanternyk, Metzger and others

Another proof has emerged that the SkyMall shopping center was purchased with funds from the state-owned Ukreximbank by the Angel group (Anhert-Halanternyk-Trukhanov-Minin). All the evidence is below the text.

In the meantime, let me remind you that in 2021 journalists from SCHEMES were beaten on the orders of Metzger, the then head of Ukreximbank, who recently became an advisor to the Minister of Economy and First Deputy Prime Minister.

While issuing a $60 million loan to Odesa gangsters, Ukreximbank, represented by Metzger, could not have been unaware that in the fight for SkyMall, they were not only opposed by Estonian investor Hillar Teder but also his partner Tomas Fiala, who is not just an investment banker influencing the Holos faction, but also a media mogul of "New Time"+Ukrainska Pravda, i.e., an oligarch, in fact.

And it’s not just that greed triumphed over fear in Metzger, but also at the request from Bankova (the office of the Ukrainian president).

Why I think so:

first: the Angel group controls/protects Odesa road builders Rostdorbud, "Automagistral-South", which are participants in the road construction cartel and among the largest contractors of the Great Construction project, the president’s favorite toy,

second: one of the leaders of the Angel group – Leonid Minin is a partner of Borys Fuksman (Oleksandr Rodnyanskyi), and therefore their senior partner Ronald Lauder, president of the World Jewish Congress, whose vice-president is Borys Lozhkin. Fuksman-Rodnyanskyi are not only partners of Minin (Anhert) but also members of the supervisory board of the Jewish Confederation of Ukraine, headed by Lozhkin. Let me remind you that top manager of Lozhkin, Yuriy Holyk – curator of the same Great Construction – the president’s favorite toy. The influence of this group on the president is indicated by the fact that it was Rodnyanskyi who, according to the official version, organized peace negotiations with the Russians through Abramovych, whose father-in-law Aleksandr Zhukov is a partner of Minin-Anhert.

So it’s no coincidence that Metzger sided with the gangsters in the conflict over SkyMall.

off-topic: I think it’s no coincidence that the Prosecutor General’s Office is recently filled with people from Odesa, some of whom, as malicious tongues say, are connected to the Angel group.

i.e., we have a connection: SkyMall-"WHOLESALE NETWORK 2011"-"SLAVIAN"- Berendeyev- Kozyr-Angel

2) through offshore

The SkyMall shopping center is owned by LLC "WHOLESALE NETWORK 2011", whose owner

on 29.06.2021 became LLC "SLAVIAN"

on 20.07.2021 the owner of LLC "SLAVIAN" became the company NAPSTOR LIMITED (Cyprus)

i.e., the owner of the SkyMall shopping center is the beneficiary of NAPSTOR LIMITED (Cyprus), and it’s not the Donetsk front man Bryukhovetskyi

First connection of NAPSTOR firm with the Anhert-Halanternyk-Trukhanov group:

the director of NAPSTOR LIMITED (Cyprus) is NATALIA CHISELIOV (or Kyselova)

NATALIA CHISELIOV (or Kyselova) is also the director of the company ALLPEER LIMITED (Cyprus)

note: NAPSTOR LIMITED and ALLPEER LIMITED were registered in February 2019

in the summer of 2020, ALLPEER LIMITED (Cyprus) was the owner of the company LLC "UKRAINIAN NATIONAL STEVEDOR COMPANY", the beneficiary of which is officially considered OLEKSANDR VIKTOROVYCH EISMOND, earlier VIKTOROVYCH. They are both connected with the Halanternyk-Trukhanov-Minin-Anhert group

for example, Oleksandr Anhert (ALEXANDER ANGERT) and PAVLO LISITSYN (PAUL LISSITSINE) jointly managed TRANSCARGO LIMITED (England)
