TCR will operate around the clock during mobilization - government decision

The representative of the government in the Verkhovna Rada, Taras Melnychuk, reported this in a Telegram .

“Changes have been made to the Regulations on territorial centers of recruitment and social support,” he wrote.

According to him, during mobilization and/or during the operation of the legal regime of martial law, it is envisaged to provide the right to TCR and SS round the clock:

• consider cases of administrative offenses and impose administrative penalties in accordance with the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offences;
• organize, at a certain frequency, medical examinations and psychological examinations by military medical commissions of those liable for military service and reservists (for regional TCRs and SSs);
• maintain personal and qualitative records of conscripts, those liable for military service and reservists, records of vehicles to be  transferred to the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations.
