Foreign Minister Kuleba said that he had been bitten by a dog.
"A large dog, which was being walked without a leash, attacked my dogs during a walk. And me. Thanks to the doctors in Oleksandrivska for fixing it," he wrote on social media and posted a photo of his bloody leg.
