Judge Lyubov Tokmilova’s mother runs a company founded by four Russians

Judge of the Odessa District Administrative Court Lyubov Tokmilova received UAH 2.5 million as a gift from her mother, Galina Andrushkova. Thanks to these funds, Tokmilova purchased, for UAH 3.56 million, an apartment in Turkey of 40 square meters.

The project “Slidstvo.Info” writes about this, with reference to the woman’s declaration for 2022.

Andrushkova told reporters that she gave the money to her daughter and added that judge Tokmilova bought an apartment in Istanbul, but does not live there. According to the YouControl analytical system, Andrushkova has an active sole proprietorship and is the head of Agro Development LLC. According to the analytical system, the company was founded by four Russian citizens in January 2011. The main activity is “Management of real estate for a fee or on the basis of a contract” and a number of other activities related to the purchase and sale, rental, construction and maintenance of real estate.

Russian citizens Sergiy Shames, Kyrylo Orlov, Pavlo Panov and Mykhailo Krenhel are also founders of a number of other ARGO LLCs: "ARGO CONSTRUCTION, ARGO INVEST LTD, ARGO ENGINEERING and PROJECT ENGINEERING".

According to journalists, the Russian Register of Individual Entrepreneurs confirmed that these individuals were engaged in business activities in the Russian Federation as of 9 February 2024. Thus, Mykhailo Krenhel and Kyrylo Orlov are the founders of LLC "COMPANY UTA", which is engaged in the wholesale trade of woodworking and other machine tools, maintains computer systems and provides road freight transport services.

The UTA website states that the company is a supplier of equipment, tools and spare parts for the processing of glass, stone, aluminum and polyvinyl chloride, furniture production and laminated glass in Russia and the CIS countries.

Pavlo Panov is the founder and director of the company "UTA INVEST", which contains similar types of activities as the LLC "COMPANY YUTA".

Slidstvo.Info tried to ask Galina Andrushkova about her work and the money earned in the company of the founders, citizens of the Russian Federation. However, during communication with the woman, the connection was lost, so the journalists did not have time to ask her a question. Further calls from Andrushkova were sent to an answering machine, the material noted.

The journalists also called one of the Russian founders of the judge’s mother’s company, listed in YouControl. Pavlo Panov assured that he and the other founders “do not participate in the company’s activities, do not receive profit, and added that the company has been closed for a long time.”

The material notes that in 2021 Lyubov Tokmilova received 1.3 million UAH of a judge’s salary, in 2022 - 440 thousand UAH and 433 thousand UAH as “pregnancy and childbirth assistance” from the court. The judge has 4 thousand hryvnia, 3 US dollars and 100 thousand UAH in cash in her bank accounts. Tokmilova also has an account in one of the largest banks in Turkey - Ziraat Bank.

The judge declared a 23.2 sq m apartment in Pivdenne, Odesa region, and in November 2022, she started living in her mother’s 70 sq m apartment in the elite residential complex South Palmira, located in the Arcadia resort area of Odesa. As for movable property, the judge declared a 2006 Toyota Yaris (purchased in 2007), and in 2021 Tokmilova leased a 2021 BMW X4 for UAH 1,704,200.
