President Zelenskyy recorded a video message to the Poles due to the border blockade
He invited Polish President Andrzej Duda and Prime Minister Donald Tusk to meet at the border until February 24 to resolve controversial issues.
Zelenskyy also called on representatives of the European Commission to take part in this meeting.
