The corruption successes of the shadow director of the STSU, Oleh Marchuk

Oleh Marchuk, the shadow director of the State Tax Service’s Department for Organisation of Work (officially, the deputy director), has been on leave for several months now. The goal is to avoid dismissal and criminal liability with possible subsequent official reinstatement, the Viy.Ukraine telegram channel reports.

There is something to hide from:

Organising and carrying out a corrupt change of structure in the Kyiv Main Department of the State Tax Service to eliminate the corruption department, ordered by the management of the Main Department. The liquidation procedure took place within one day (overnight);

Organising and carrying out corrupt changes in the structure of the Main Department of the State Tax Service in Kharkiv region, during the internal division, with the aim of selling positions;

Direct sale of positions in his department (the winner of the competition was the head of the control department, Oksana Kazimirova, with a fake certificate, lack of education and intelligence), as well as fictitious denunciations against his former head, Serhiy Zlakoman, which led to his subsequent dismissal from the State Tax Service of Ukraine.

Despite the absence of Marchuk from the STS and the existence of the real head of the Department, Valentyna Dovzhuk, Oleh continues to exert corrupt influence on the structure of the STS.
Marchuk’s "successful cases" are evidenced by his declaration. Since 2020, Oleh has been acquiring new land plots in the elite suburbs of Kyiv (Mezhyhiria) every year:

◦ 2020 - a land plot of 1,039 sq. m. The indicated cost is 150 thousand;
◦ 2021 - a land plot of 951 sq.m. The indicated value is 209 thousand;
◦ 2022 - a land plot of 16,352 sq.m. The indicated value is UAH 562 thousand.
