Three people killed in Odesa due to ’Shahed’ attack

During an enemy attack on the Odesa region, one of the drones hit over the sea, which fell on an enterprise building in the coastal zone of Odesa, led to destruction and fire. Rescuers saved the security guard, she was not injured, and discovered the body of the deceased man.

The Defense Forces of Southern Ukraine reported this on Telegram.

The enemy attacked the Odesa region with Shahed-type attack drones. At the same time, tactical and strategic aviation aircraft sent missiles of the Kh-31P and Kh-22 types from the Black Sea. The missiles lost their combat capability in the air.

One of the drones struck over the sea fell on an enterprise building in the coastal zone of Odesa and caused destruction and fire. The security guard was rescued from the damaged building and was not injured.

According to preliminary information, there could still be people inside.

Firefighting and search and rescue operations continue.

The bodies of two more people were found under the rubble in Odesa. In total, three people died as a result of the enemy attack. The search has been suspended. The rubble is currently being cleared and water is being pumped out.
