Air defense forces shot down two Russian X-31P missiles over the Odessa region at night

The Southern Defense Forces reported this in a Telegram.

“At night, the enemy again terrorized Ukraine with attacks. This time, first, X-31P anti-radar missiles were sent from tactical aircraft from the Black Sea to the Odessa region. Both were destroyed by the Air Defense Forces,” the message says.

This was followed by two waves of drone attacks with an interval of more than 2 hours.

First, kamikaze drones of the "Shahed-131/136" type were sent from Crimea in the direction of the Dnipro region through the Mykolaiv and Kherson regions. In the next wave, they tried to slip through the temporarily occupied Kherson region into the central regions and then proceed to the west.

“But our air defense units inflicted an effective defeat along their route. As a result, six UAVs were destroyed: three in the Mykolaiv  region, two in the Kirovograd region, one in the Kherson region. There were no hits,” the Defense Forces noted.
