Today, March 1, Russian troops launched a massive attack on Vovchansk in the Kharkiv region. As a result, a man was injured.

It is noted that the occupiers fired at Vovchansk again, and at least 30 explosions were heard in the city.
“The shelling occurred around 11:00. Private houses were damaged. A local resident born in 1956 was injured,” the report says.
An investigative team, criminologists and explosives experts are working at the “arrival” sites. Investigators opened criminal proceedings regarding violations of the laws and customs of war.
