Occupants shelled Nikopol district: residential buildings damaged, there are injured

On Saturday, 2 March, the occupier attacked Nikopol with drones and artillery. Chervonohryhorivka and Marhanets communities were also shelled.

This was reported by the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration Serhiy Lysak. According to him, two people were injured.

"Nikopol district was under attack by the Russian occupiers throughout the day. The aggressor used kamikaze drones and artillery. The district centre, Chervonohryhorivka and Marhanets communities were attacked," the official said.

He also added that 16 private houses, twelve outbuildings, cars, greenhouses, gas pipelines and power lines were damaged. In addition, a transport facility and two dozen solar panels were damaged.

According to Serhiy Lysak, the examination of the affected areas continues. The consequences of the attack by the occupiers are also being clarified.
