
On the morning of 12 March, the Russian terrorist army conducted an air strike in Sumy region. A large family in the Velykopysarivska community suffered as a result of the attack.
This was reported by the Sumy Regional Military Administration. All family members needed medical care.
Putin’s terrorists carried out an airstrike on a populated area at about 9:20 am. The RMA also clarified that in order to commit a war crime against civilians, the Russians dropped guided aerial bombs on the residential sector of the village. A total of two explosions were recorded.
As a result of the shelling, a large family was injured. Two children aged 6 and 10 years were injured. One adult was also injured.
The regional administration reported that five private residential buildings and a garage were damaged in the village.
Subsequently, the office of the Prosecutor General subsequently reported that, under the leadership of the Sumy Regional Prosecutor’s Office, a pre-trial investigation was launched into violation of the laws and customs of war in accordance with Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine.
According to investigative findings, the occupiers carried out six air strikes on the civilian infrastructure of the Velikopisarevskaya territorial community of the Akhtyrskyi district from the territory of the Russian Federation.
As a result of the attack, a private house was destroyed, where there was a woman and her five minor children, the oldest of whom was 12 years old, and the youngest was 4 years old. All members of this family needed medical care.
At least five private homes and vehicles were also damaged. Prosecutors, along with other law enforcement agencies, are recording the consequences of this shooting.
