From March 26, the ministers of the two countries will activate the armored coalition, which will be joined by three more countries.

Polish Defence Minister Wladyslaw Kosiniak-Kamysh, after negotiations with German Defence Minister Borys Pistorius, announced the creation of a coalition of armored vehicles for Ukraine. The website of the Polish Defence Ministry reports this.

From March 26, the ministers of the two countries will activate a coalition of armored vehicles for Ukraine. According to Kosiniak-Kamysh, the creation of such an initiative is one of the most important coalitions. In addition to Poland and Germany, Great Britain, Sweden and Italy will join the coalition. Berlin and Warsaw will play a leading role.

"I really hope for our trusting and friendly cooperation. This is very important. We see Poland as an important partner and friend. Poland is a central partner in the field of security and defense policy in Central and Eastern Europe. This applies to support for Ukraine or the armored coalition. Thank you for these actions. We have many bilateral projects," Pistorius said.

Poland also noted the importance of creating a training center in Bydgoszcz. It will allow the Ukrainian military to exchange experience and train together with NATO soldiers. According to Kosiniak-Kamisz, the structure in Bydgoszcz brings Ukraine closer to NATO.
