Monitoring publics report that, like last time, in early February, the Zyrkons were launched from vertical launch containers from Crimea.

The occupiers deliberately beat the center of Kyiv: they tried to hit the “decision-making centers”, or the air defense site, or worked on the energy sector - KCMA.
