Ukrainian soldiers using HIMARS destroyed the "Buk" of the invaders
Ukrainian soldiers detected an enemy "Buk" surface-to-air missile system in Zaporizhzhya region and destroyed it using the HIMARS system.
This was reported by the command of the Special Operations Forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
It is noted that operators of the 3rd separate special forces regiment named after Prince Svyatoslav the Brave, during reconnaissance operations in the Zaporizhzhya direction, discovered the enemy’s Buk anti-aircraft missile system.
Operators directed HIMARS fire from a Defence Force missile and artillery unit onto a hostile target.
“As a result of fire damage, the Buk air defense system was destroyed,” the military added.
